The PS 199 Diversity Committee invites you to celebrate Black History Month with a fun & interactive performance by Lucy Kalantari & the Jazz Cats. Lucy Kalantari & the Jazz Cats will take you back in time to the jazz age, and introduce three renowned artists who shaped and inspired her music: Louis Armstrong, Billie Holiday and Cab Calloway. This fun and interactive presentation will have families singing with her jazz-scat-along play.

A sampling of Southern food will also be available.

Event starts at 6 pm in the Auditorium. Admission is $5 per person payable in cash at the event.
