As families get back into the swing of the school year, Smith Memorial Playground & Playhouse and Vanguard will host an exciting, interactive virtual concert to encourage playful opportunities for children to learn at home and promote community healing through the arts. The event will feature family-friendly performances by GRAMMY® Award winning Lucy Kalantari and Los Angeles based “kindie rocker” Mista Cookie Jar & The Chocolate Chips as well as an exciting interactive rhythm activity by Mad Beatz Methods before the performances.
