Schools are closed on Monday, so bring the kids and join me at my weekly Spanish sing-along at LARK Cafe! This one will be special as we celebrate the GRAMMY win for Best Children’s Album! Maybe some of the cats will be there? Meooww! It’s gonna be a party!

I'm beyond thrilled to share the news that "All the Sounds" won a GRAMMY Award for Best Children's Album!!! I'm so grateful for everyone who's been feeling the immense joy with Lucy Kalantari & the Jazz Cats. What an incredible day! I'm thrilled and humbled to announce that All the Sounds has been nominated for Best Children's Album for the 61st GRAMMY Awards by the Recording Academy! What beautiful news! It's an absolute honor to be there with my friends and colleagues The Pop Ups, Falu, Tim Kubart and Frank & Deane.

I'm honored and humbled to share that "It's Snowing" has been nominated for an Independent Music Award for Best Children's Song, and "It's the Holidays" has been nominated for Best Holiday Song!
Also, "My Mommy Is a Mummy" and "That's a Wrap" are semi-finalists for the International Songwriting Competition!

"Fantastic" wins the Independent Music Award for Best Children's Music Song
As they were about to announce the winner for Best Children's Music Song, to say that my heart was beating fast would be an understatement. It was basically starting a whole orchestra on its own!
I'm thrilled that my song, "Fantastic" won this prestigious award. And a big thanks goes out to all of IMA judges and an even bigger thanks to everyone who made the recording of this song possible: Linus, Larry, Rich, Saro, Josh, Ryan, Denise, Alan.
